Items are shipped insured by MBQ Solutions via Canada Post, and you can expect to receive your package within 14 business days from receipt of payment.
To the U.S.A., delivery may be delayed due to U.S. Customs requirements. Please allow 6-8 weeks for overseas delivery.
Because all items are shipped insured, items received in damaged condition will be cheerfully replaced. All we ask is that you:
- Call or email our customer service department for return authorization before shipping
- If needed, please take the damaged items to your post office for the insurance claim
